Thanks for visiting my blog yesterday and for all of your sweet comments. Do you have a bag full of scraps? Me too! Today I went through that bag and used only scraps for this card. I hate to waste all those left over pieces from scrapbooking so it is fun to incorporate them into my cards. Today I used the Unity Stamp Co stamp kit called You Make Me ......Mushy
Like I mentioned before I used only scraps so I am not sure where the paper is from. I did stamp directly on the green dot paper. I then stamped on the yellow and blue paper and cut those mushrooms out too and placed them over the original stamped image. It is hard to tell but I did use a pop dot under the yellow mushroom to raise it up.
Thank you for stopping by on day two!! Please comment for a chance to win a grab bag of 25 stamps from Unity. I LOVE UNITY stamps. They are my favorite. I hope you can stop by tomorrow.
Thanks,
Tisha
Great use of your scraps - the mushrooms are so cute!
ReplyDeleteI have tried to use my scraps and never seem to be able to come up with a card. Gave mine to a school for the kids to use and they loved it. Now my drawer is getting full again, maybe I need to challenge myself. Your card is stunning I love how cute the mushrooms came out. I will try again maybe tomorrow
ReplyDeleteBoy do I have scraps! I keep the smallest of small, too. I did do a bit of a purge of those small ones, tho. And I separate all my colors in a baggie of their own. AND I just die cut all my word dies using only scraps (to make a file of them) and you'd think I'd have made a dent in the scraps ... not really! lol Your card is super adorable!!
